Job Description:
- Review quality strategies from different QA teams for telemetry verification.
- Review test plans and test cases for telemetry testing from different QA teams.
- Follow up with QA teams on verification progress and provide reporting.
- Provide telemetry verification expertise and knowledge to QA teams.
- Triage automated telemetry testing reports to identify potential data quality issues.
- Track and report on data quality issues.
- Identify new, creative methods to increase telemetry testing efficiency.
- Execute queries on data sets to find data quality risks that escaped verification.
- Enhance existing telemetry quality processes.
Requirements:
- Must have SQL knowledge and experience, including understanding of how a database works and how to query a database.
- Good understanding of RESTful API is a plus.
- Good understanding of software quality assurance concepts, debugging processes, and practices.
- Demonstrated analytical skills in root cause analysis.
- Strong ability to self-manage and prioritize work effectively within deadlines.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audience.
- Ability to work independently with minimal outside supervision.
