Job Description:
We are seeking QA Manual Testers who are passionate about problem-solving and making a difference. As part of our Core product testing crew, you will work closely with the QA team in India and the USA to perform functional testing of features for release cycles. This includes creating and executing test cases, raising defects, and maintaining defect logs. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of requirements are crucial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform functional testing of features for release cycles.
- Create and execute test cases.
- Identify and raise defects and maintain defect logs.
- Ensure comprehensive test case coverage based on requirements.
- Clearly communicate test case steps and expected results.
- Anticipate scenarios, edge cases, and risks to write robust test cases.
- Pay attention to detail to ensure accurate and comprehensive test cases.
- Apply strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
Key Requirements:
- At least 6 months of hands-on experience in Manual Testing.
- Ability to work closely with the QA team in India and the USA.
- Proficient in executing test cases and maintaining quality test case executions.
- Strong understanding of requirements to ensure comprehensive test case coverage.
- Clear and precise communication skills for articulating test case steps and expected results.
- Excellent analytical and logical skills to anticipate scenarios, edge cases, and risks.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate and comprehensive test cases.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to review and analyze specifications to develop effective test plans.
- Knowledge of JIRA and SQL.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
- Working knowledge of test management software.
