Job Title: Manual Tester

Job Description:

- Perform manual testing of software applications to ensure quality and functionality.

- Develop and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans.

- Identify and report defects and issues in a clear and concise manner.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality.

- Participate in test case reviews and contribute to test case creation.

- Follow established testing methodologies and processes.

- Document test results and generate test reports.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in manual testing.

- Continuously improve testing processes and techniques.

Requirements:

- Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc. in Computer Science/IT or ME/M.Tech.

- 0-3 years of experience in manual testing.

- Familiarity with software testing methodologies and processes.

- Knowledge of test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in testing.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Knowledge of testing tools and frameworks is a plus.
