Job Overview:

ibex. is seeking a Software Engineer - Quality Assurance to join their team. The successful candidate will work with the PMO (Project Management Office) and Development team to thoroughly understand and analyze requirements, as well as the technical architecture of the software.


Job Description:

- Develop functional and non-functional test cases based on requirements and ensure adherence to test case guidelines.

- Execute test cases on web and mobile software applications and accurately identify and report bugs using a bug tracking system.

- Possess a strong understanding of database concepts and the ability to run queries in MSSQL and MYSQL.

- Demonstrate a complete understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with experience in Agile being a plus.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with all project team members.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand and work with the QA test case automation framework, coding in C#, Selenium, and Java scripting, and create new test cases using proper test data.

- Proficient in learning and adopting new technologies, tools, methods, and processes. Willingness to participate in QA work groups to improve usability, performance, and security aspects of the software.


Job Specifications:

- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
