Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled Mobile Functional/API Tester with DB Testing Exposure to join our core testing company in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience in mobile testing, API testing, and database testing.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough testing of mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms, ensuring their functionality, usability, and compatibility.

- Create and execute test cases, perform test execution, and manage defects using industry-standard testing methodologies and tools.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, identify test scenarios, and ensure effective test coverage.

- Test APIs by validating request and response data, verifying integration with various systems, and ensuring compliance with RESTful API standards.

- Write SQL queries to perform database testing, validate data integrity, and execute data manipulation operations.

- Perform performance testing on databases and analyze the results to identify any performance bottlenecks or issues.

- Generate detailed test reports and communicate effectively with project stakeholders, providing clear and concise information about test results and recommendations.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in mobile testing, API testing, and database testing, and apply them to enhance the overall testing process.

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in mobile testing, API testing, and database testing.

- Strong knowledge of mobile application testing methodologies and tools.

- Experience in testing RESTful APIs, understanding JSON and XML formats.

- Proficiency in writing SQL queries and conducting database testing.

- Familiarity with various mobile devices, platforms, and operating systems.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet project deadlines.
