Job Description:


Artech is seeking a highly skilled Manual Tester to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra. As a Manual Tester, you will be responsible for testing the Employee Central module of SuccessFactor, SAP HCM, and On-Premise Payroll. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, collaborate with development teams, and perform various testing activities.


Responsibilities:


- Gain a deep understanding of requirements and solution documents.

- Collaborate with developers, designers, and subject matter experts.

- Participate in estimation and planning for testing releases.

- Create and maintain test cases and test scripts.

- Perform Sanity, Smoke, Regression, and End-to-End (E2E) testing.

- Report and track defects using test management tools.

- Follow testing governance, standards, and best practices.

- Generate reports and communicate testing progress to stakeholders.


Requirements:


- 5-10 years of experience as a Manual Tester.

- Strong experience in Regression Testing, Sanity Testing, and Smoke Testing.

- Experience with the Employee Central module of SuccessFactor, SAP HCM, and On-Premise Payroll.

- Familiarity with test management tools like HP ALM or Azure DevOps.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
