**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Associate Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience in quality assurance and a strong understanding of software testing methodologies. As an Associate QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through thorough testing and defect tracking. 

**Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and design test cases accordingly.

- Execute functional, regression, and integration tests to ensure software meets quality standards.

- Identify, document, and track software defects, working closely with the development team to resolve issues.

- Conduct thorough exploratory testing to identify potential software vulnerabilities and usability issues.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality goals and standards.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and practices.

- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in software testing methodologies.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 1 to 2 years of experience in software quality assurance or a similar role.

- Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.

- Experience in writing clear and concise test cases and test plans.

- Familiarity with bug tracking systems and version control tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.

- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript.

- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
